1.  Take the Grand Central Parkway (Interstate 278) West;

2.  Exit onto the Triboro Bridge (toll);

3.  Bear to the left “Manhattan/FDR Drive South;”

4.  Take FDR South;

5.  Exit onto 63rd Street ;

6.  Turn left on Second Avenue;

7.  Turn right on 60th Street;

8.  Turn left on Lexington Avenue;

9.  Turn left on 58th St. to 150 East 58th Street (A&D Building) between Lexington and Third Avenues
