Analyst Program:
Men and women with excellent academic records. Minimum one year of experience in investment banking, consulting, accounting, commercial lending, private equity, or prior Summer Inernship experience with our firm. Must have strong accounting, finance and financial modeling skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; and a high level of maturity and integrity. Must be hard-working, well organized, tenacious in meeting deadlines, able to work closely with others and autonomously when necessary. Must believe that the team goal supersedes any individual goal. If the team wins, we all win; if the team loses, we all lose.
